The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
In the case of damaged or defective products, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund or replacement.
Non-Returnable Products:
Opened or used products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.
Customized or personalized products are non-returnable.
Return Process:

Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
Once approved, you will be instructed on how to return the product.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
Refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear in your account.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged products. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the order, and we will arrange for an exchange.
Health and Safety:
Due to the nature of our products (herbal supplements, Shilajit resin, honey sticks, gummies, etc.), we cannot accept returns of opened items for hygiene reasons.
