Adjust or Cancel Your Order

We understand that sometimes plans change! If you’ve entered incorrect details (like your name, phone number, or address) or wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist before your order is processed.

Adjusting Your Order

If you notice an error in your order details after placing it, such as:

  • Incorrect shipping address

  • Wrong product selection or quantity
    Please reach out to our customer care team immediately via email or WhatsApp.
    Our team will do their best to update your information before your order is packed for delivery.

Note: Once an order has been packed and handed over to the courier, we can no longer make changes.

Canceling Your Order

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within a 12 hours of placing it.
Orders that have already been dispatched or assigned a tracking number cannot be canceled, but you may still request a return once delivered (as per our return policy).

“I Forgot to Use My Discount Code, Can I Still Apply It?”

If your order has already been placed and processed, we’re unfortunately unable to apply a discount code retroactively.
However, you can always use it on your next purchase, provided it’s still valid.

If your coupon is expiring soon, feel free to reach out  we’ll do our best to help or provide guidance for your next order.
